Owing to its unique high dynamic range (HDR) sensor utilizing Near Infrared (NIR) – it can capture grayscale images in high definition and high contrast, while also allowing users to comfortably position their palm thanks to its wide field-of-view (Horizontal: 37°; Vertical: 48°; Diagonal: 58°) and recognition angle (roll ± 60°, pitch ± 30°), facilitating fast, convenient enrollment and user authentication. Integrated with Armatura’s state-of-the-art AMT-PalmLite (99%+ accuracy at 0.01% False Accept Rate) and AMT-PalmPro, AMT-PVM-10 works great under various lighting conditions — complete darkness (0.01 lux) to bright sunlight (50,000 lux) even when users are 14 inches away!
